Hello from Afghanistan

Glad to hear that you're hanging tight and staying safe, Recon! I'm grateful for your service, and will happily knock one back for ya when I get home from work tonight! Thanks for all you do!!

 to you and your team.

Thanks man.

(hmm, if they only understood that the help was comin from a Hog.....)

Good to hear from you Recon. Glad things worked out in the end and that you were able to get some aid to the people in your area. If you get down to Helman province anywhere near Sangin my mates are there. Say hello to any of the British marines, i'm sure they will have plenty of banter.

And you will....... I may have to email them to one of you to have them posted. I still can get this Gov. P.O.S. to hunt!

As soon as comcast gets done with their take over, I'll let you know what my address is changed to and I'll handle it for you. (Never mind steelnut has stepped up.)

Stay safe man that is all I want to say, oh wait, I do have a question:

How many toilets have you seen over there and of all those how many have had Bin ladin painted on the bottom as a target?:D

Glad to hear that you & your team are doing well, and keepin' busy... No questions off the top of my head... yet! Just y'all keep watchin' each other's back and COME HOME SAFE... Cool? :D:thumbup: Take care over there!

...And as always, a big THANK YOU from me to you & your crew!!!

Head down. A$$ covered.

Repeat.

Thanks, recondo4u, for your service on several levels.

ps- give em hell!

I was in Logar Province just South of Kabul last year, did 15 months with the 10th Mountain over there.

LOGAR......Been there, BAD PLACE. We have made that drive from Kabul to Gardez more than once, that's head's down counrty for sure!

When I was over there, My BN was at Gardez and My CO and Me ran Pul-E-Alam out in Logar, so we were the little pit stop for everyone, I think they finished a new FOB and moved out of the little Afghan school house use to work out of.

Just stay safe, let us know you're doing okay, and send word/pics when you can.

Take care, brother!

Glad to hear from you again!

Thanks for your service:thumbup:

We would love to see any pics you are able to show.
