Your friendly Amy-0 (yes it is a ZER0) LOL to answer some of the questions that you may have.
  1. Grab Bags, CS Fatback Public Defender’s, Swamp Rat and Scrap Yard orders are shipping everyday however the shipping department also had a military orders that had to go out first so we appreciate your patience.

  2. The shipping department also informed me that USPS and UPS would not be able to deliver packages to Texas, California and now Florida due to Hurricanes, Wildfires and everything. Texas orders are currently shipping but we assure you that you will be notified via email to make sure it is ok.

  3. The Custom shop is still closed. We are sorry no mods, spa treatments (changing handles, blade finish ect) but if it is a Warranty issue heck yes.

  4. We have a new payment system. If you place your order via website you have noticed it is usually $1 however to store your payment info into a safe vault it also charges another $1. We have gotten numerous emails but the deduction will be taken off your order once the final payment is done. (When the knife that you ordered is ready for shipment) so minus $2 bucks. We will also put it on the website as well.

  5. Many of you have not gotten the newsletter’s we are taking steps to that as well.
I hope I covered everything. If you have any questions please email me at amy@bussecombat.com
Good night and oh yes.....BUSSE is bringing BIG TIME.
XOXO,
Amy-0

Thank you for the updates
And the Awesome customer service :-) !!

Cool, thanks for the update. But Cali? All of Cali? I'm just down the freeway from the nasty wildfire (in SoCal), and packages arrive with no problem... so... feel free to go ahead and ship that varsity Burp:D

I was wondering what the status of my unshipped, Florida bound grab bags might be. Thanks for the update!

Amy-Zero!

Always top in my book!

Thanks for updates.

On a side note, all the orders that can't be shipped due to hurricanes, fires, volcanoes, earthquakes, hangovers, misspellings, etc, are to be re-routed to a super secret, safe holding location. Amy-0, I have sent you the address (ignore that it appears to be my home address).

Darn man, sorry to hear--are you over by Burbank? I'm in SoPas, we had some ash blowing around a few days ago, but nothing now. I'm heading up Baldy at the end of the month--hope nothing breaks out there. Stay safe.

USPS is now delivering to Beaumont, Texas. It seems that UPS packages are being held in limbo for no apparent reason.

I am east of Sacramento up in Tahoe national forest we get the smoke from all over and there have was 2 large fires not that far from us in the last 2 weeks.

if you need a safe place to have the orders re-routed to I got plenty of space here  even have a 12 inch thick re-enforced cement basement

Alrighty, FWIW, I just checked UPS and USPS service alerts. UPS says my zip code is good to ship to as of the time of this post. Same with USPS. Thanks for the update but now I'm just confused.

ETA: I'm betting that they have different rules in such emergencies with regards to personal mail vs. business mailings. Just a guess. Besides, I am always confused. Nothing new here. Thanks for the update. It is appreciated.
