I am planning to get few Esee knives .What is the difference between MIL model and regular one except the pommel. Ill be getting rc5 rc3 and possibly rc6 or Junglas. Wish you all the best ! Keep up the good work Jeff and Mike

3MIL is black blade with canvas micarta scales and a foliage green sheath and "sharpened" pommel. Comes with molle back and molle locks.

I have both the Modified Pommel and the Mil model, and as I only just got the 3 Mil a little while ago I am loving it. I really like the canvas micarta handle, more so then the linen micarta. So I suggest getting the 3 Mil, it is now my favorite knife, well the 3 has been my favorite but now the mil has leapt to the top of my list.

Like Adam said, you need one! You won't be disappointed.
