hello lloking for a knife maker

i am looking for a knife maker. was woundering if someone could give me a estimation to makeme a knife ive done some research and i am looking for a fixed blade knife, cutting edge 3inch or uner,finger gaurd, thick blade and wide like a skinning knife. If anyone has a free moment to help me out i would be greatful
