I wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Christian Bryant and I'm in beautiful Southern California. I'm new to the forum so I'm still finding my way around, but I seem to be spending a lot of time here in W&SS so I figured I should say hello (plus another forum member said you were a bunch of pretty decent folks). I LOVE the outdoors, and am a bit jealous of a few of you guys posting pics from back east. Talk about some beautiful scenery. I joined as a basic member and do not know if I can post pics or not but I'd like to join in all the fun.

Well...howdy from down here in TX man. Hope ya enjoy your stay here. You have definitely come to a pretty good place to learn about the outdoors and pick up all kinds of tips and tricks. So enjoy.

As far membership, I think you can post pics as but I am not certain. Honestly, it's worth the $10 to upgrade to basic.

Thanks dougo83, that was another question I had... can I upgrade my membership? I paid the $10 bucks (very worth it) and was contemplating getting a gold....

Yea...you have to go into your user CP and change your group apparently. I dunno how to explain where to do it because I'm a bit of a 'tard with those kinds of things. Can't speak for the gold though, I dunno what other priveleges you get. I guess I will upgrade eventually because you only get 5 PM's with a basic. That gets old quick.

To post images, you'll need to host them somewhere else, like a Photobucket account (easy to set up) and then place the direct link to the image here (it should be displayed under the image in album view on your Photobucket page) in [img][/img] tags.
 
Welcome! Great bunch of folks here. You will learn a lot....I have! And watch your wallet, it's easy to find things to buy around here!

Welcome to W&SS from a noob. Let me tell you, you found a GREAT bunch of folks here!! :thumbup::thumbup:

And if you're anything like me, you'll be jealous of ALOT of the areas and pics you find them in, hehe!
 
Welcome aboard CB! You'll find the guys here to be pretty good sources of information as well as humor. As far as posting pictures, join a service like photobucket.
