Helm Forge, Texas

Thanks, guys! I have been truly blessed to have happy customers. :) Worst thing is that I tend to stay swamped in e-mail and have a hard time staying abreast to answer in a timely fashion.

Lorien - Looking back at some of my earlier work can at times be embarrassing, but my "enduring nature" (or pure cussed stubbornness as my wife will attest) is the only way I've gotten anywhere. :D My methods and inspiration are kind of oddball to most modern makers, but I'm ok with that. One of the things I love about the custom knife world is the huge range of end uses, materials, methods, and approaches that people take. And there can be appreciation from practitioners of one way for the results of another.

I have pulled information and inspiration from so many makers over the years that I am always pleased when I can pass some of that along to someone else. I've been kind of surprised how many people I communicate with that mention having seen my YouTube videos.

Need to catch up on posting pictures too. Still have some that I took of Blade Show inventory that I haven't sorted through and uploaded yet!

James- I have seen some of Pohan's early work. goodgawd!! :D
You are in very good company.
ETA... 2 weeks? :)

fwiw- James is doing a WIP on fb.
He's putting the file to my blade... right now.

Well, I'm posting on Instagram and forwarding it to Facebook. Got several things I'm working on at once. :)

Rolf you are not on Instagram?

That is where all the cool kids post their knives. You should join up and get a stream of the knives everyday.
