You guys are Gunna think I'm stupid but I can't seem to upload a pic for my profile. I know how to post a pic in a thread but every time I try to edit my avatar and paste a pic from a file or photo bucket it always says that the file is to big,even when I down size the picture. I need a cool profile picture since I will soon be a Beckerhead ;)
 
I do have a paid membership and I'm allowed to do everything else,I'm just having problems with the avatar.idk
 
First you go to settings in the top right corner, then on the left hand side of the page you click on edit avatar then either upload a picture you want to use or use a link to one you have on another site. But yes the other guys are right you do need to at least be basic level of membership to get an avatar.
 
Hunter Sharp, you show up on my screen as a "registered user" (like me), which is not a paid membership. Maybe the membership didn't take or is still processing or something?

I just noticed that! I'm Gunna check my bank account to see if it's pending or something and if not I'll try again.
 
Once your payment goes through and has been applied to your account you have to change your permission level yourself. At the top of the page go to settings then on the lower left click Permission groups and change it to gold.

I got tired of being so plain, so I just got a basic membership too. Waiting for it to update.
 
Click on settings in the top right corner of the screen. Then over on the left side click on edit a avatar. Upload a pic.
