HELP Allen Blade Name a New Knife!

I do not care what you name it as long as you start on the balisongs first!!!
Then let me know what to call it so I can add it to the list of knives on my order.

Howdy,

Thanks for all the great Names so far, i think i have narrowed it down to 13 names that really chime in my limited Brain capacity. they are as follows in no particular order of Preference.

Polaris
Cougar
Tornado
NightWing
DarkKnight
WhirlWind XL
Skraeling
Equinox
NightWave
Northwind Recurve
Adventurer
ShadowWarrior
Global Extreme

Which should it be and how in the heck do ya pick, there all pretty good i think.

im kind of like the sound of Equinox but not sure yet.

Allen

BTW, i am making a new website since AOL doesnt like you having anything for sale on there ISP i guess.

I think these names sound like a cross between a fighter and a field knife:
Global Extreme, Adventurer, and Northwind Recurve are my favorites although all are great names.
Luckily it wont be called the "Ranger, SEAL, UDT, SF, Delta, Scout/Sniper, Pararescue, CCT, Airborne Deluxe Combat Death Knife"

Hey, you guys came up with some great names, well at least they're all better than MEUK.

I don't know if we're voting here. but I would vote for Polaris?

Or EQUINOX

Equinox is perfect.

During an equinox, night and day are of equal length. This happens twice per year when the sun is over the equator.

This mirrors the design of the knife. It is designed to be used as both a field knife (light) and a fighting knife (dark).

As for the steel for the 25 knife run, I would like to see A2 or CPM3V. Where do I sign up?

Yeah.....Given the definition, EQUINOX does sound pretty appropriate.

Of course I have a bit of a bias for Skraeling, but Equinox is a good name too. As for Polaris, that just makes me think of snowmobiles...

Geez, give it a rest Phil

How about Pariah?

You could put nacho cheese sauce on it...

After that last pic Phil how can Allen choose anything BUT EQUINOX!!!!!!

Hey Phil, I don't show all my colors to just anyone you know!!

Besides, I don't want to post another pic. I thought that Equinox was dumb at first but with that pic you posted it sounds perfect now

Hello,

Well after all the great Names, i have Choosen Christain`s Name of the
" EQUINOX " as its Name. ANd also SInce PHIL already had the Artwork done for it with that name and the explanation of it , it just kindof seemed appropriate and right to name it that. Besides it sounds cool!!

So i guess that the Designation for it will be the " EQUINOX Model #1 "

I will post some specs and info in the Makers for sale area this weekend after i get
the total specs and cost worked out but i am looking at 135.00 for the Standard Field Grade finished Carbon steel Versions, which i think for the standard 7 inch bladed version is a Great bargin.

Regards,,, Allen Blade

PS. Working on new website also. 8-)

I am indeed deeply honored to have offered the chosen name.
