Help-can you ID this knife pictured in Blade Magazine?

June 2000 Blade Magazine, the CFI ad on page 53--there is a folder in the lower right corner (sandwiched in between a M.O.D. and a Mirage) with what looks like G10 scales and a round metal logo insert on the scales.

Can anyone tell me what maker/model this knife is???????

Thanks for the info Mike--looks like a nice knife, but I'm boycotting anything S&W since their "agreement" with the government on guns.

Hehehe...good idea Guy. BTW, what was their "agreement" anyway? Also, the "S&W" Swat, isn't really a Smith anyway...it's just another piece of Taylor Cutlery crap. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
