Help finding a new knife for the wife.. Teal colored only

I thought CA autos had to be under 2" and many were like 1.9" to be sure it passes muster?
2 inches

In the State of California, there is no maximum length for knives in general. However, the maximum legal length for a switchblade knife is 2 inches. Additionally, it is illegal to carry daggers or dirks concealed, and also illegal to carry many types of knives which are designed for concealment.

If you click on the link it's not for the CA legal version.

The confusing part is that it says California legal in the title of the link before you click it. Yet it was for a 2.5 inch blade.

I think the Kershaw Scallion has also been available in teal over the years. Maybe able to find one if it fits your needs.

ETA: The guy who sells Kershaw's has a blem one if you are interested.

Go to different gas stations for the next week or so. Find knife in teal. Put teal knife in expensive knife box. Give gas station knife to wife. Buy yourself a nice new knife. Win at life

No offense, but she is actually into knives. I catch her regularly browsing BHQ and Knife Center.. She has Spyderco's, BM's, WE's, and Kizer's that she bought herself, as well as one's that I've bought her as gifts, i.e. she know what the qualities of a good knife are.

She would sniff out a gas station knife from 3 miles away,.. and then laugh me out of the house.

Lots of great suggestions here, but there’s also the option of something that’s got big 3rd party support, get a plain Jane version of something she likes, then grab some after-market scales in the color she wants. Just a thought.

Buck has a customizable 722 Spitfire on their website. All sorts of different handle/blade color combinations are available .

By reading only the title, I think about this:

After reading the description...
This so she takes your place as man of the house:

Swiss army knife in Teal scale is a good option, too. They are cute and can be carried in conjunction with the main knife.
Edit: I see people like the photo, it is the marketing photo from Ka-Bar, not mine.
