Case Mini Copperlock would be a nice one too.

I just remembered that the buck gent is available with an American flag handle.
Which is definitely something memorable.
And if you make it well under budget per knife you could also throw in a spyderco bug .

One of the best baragsins right now, is the new d2 Boker Manly, available in multiple colors...

Kershaw Scrambler, classy look, rugged knife.

Something SAK or Case or a Boker carbon fiber tech tool

Buck Vantage Avid

CRKT Jernigan Persian

Cold Steel Finn Wolf

All good options, thanks.

I was groomsman recently and received a black douk douk. About a 3" blade. It's a slicey little thing. There are also other colors and non-painted models.

An alox bantam, svord peasant, or a mercator cat knife would also be welcome gifts, I would think.

I would favor a Leek. I think you can still find them for under $50.

The all brass Mercator K55 should be available here soon; just about $50. That would be unusual and pretty nifty.

Kershaw injection! It's designed by Todd Rexford and only 16 bucks(at the time of this post) on amazon.

Either a Japanese Higo or the peasant knife from svord. Both can be found in the $20+ range and they both have a distinct & memorable look about them. Plus they are legal in most jurisdictions especially since it appears you are in New York.

Thanks.
I am in New York, not NYC though so it could be worse [emoji5]

I was going to recommend the Manly Comrade in D2, also.
Colt knives makes a pretty nice and light D2 knife also.

I got the guys Leatherman Super Tools back in the day. The all still have them and remind me how much they liked those gifts.
