Help! Having trouble with Queen Cutlery

I sent my favorite EDC back to the Queen factory in Pennsylvania. The small cocobolo stockman's springs appeared to be weak and the shield did not sit flush upon purchase (eventually it fell out).

I sent the knife back to Queen per their suggestion over a month ago. I have yet to get a reply. I emailed them a week ago and have still not gotten a reply. Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do?

It is my belief that Queen is an old-fashioned company in more ways than one.

Email is probably not the ideal way to contact them. I have heard they are very helpful and responsive on repairs and warranty issues.

Ironically, Queen sent me a brand new replacement knife. It came in the mail yesterday. Thanks for the help.
