It looks like you changed the method and I can't figure it out. Used to be, you clicked on IMG and inserted into Image icon. I want to sell some knives and can't post the photos. Very much appreciate help.

Click the "Get Links" option on PB (for the pic you want to display). Then just paste the IMG code directly on the post. That should work.

IMG code just shows as a URL code, no photos on the preview. And I don't see a get Links option, just the box on the right with the IMG and HTML codes.

Please, I'm on meds and am not understanding. Where on the post is there a (IMG)your link goes here(IMG) icon. Is it the image icon, because that only gives options of computer or URL and it won't accept my URL.

The easiest way to figure it out is to quote a post with a photo and look at the format.
WE haven't changed anything, Photobucket on the other hand who knows/

Just paste the link directly on the post body. Do not click the "Insert Image" icon.

Also, you might want to disable the "Link Back to Album" option in your USER SETTINGS / ALBUMS tab (Photobucket).
If you keep this enabled, you will get HTML code together with IMG. A small picture will be displayed and whenever somebody clicks on it, they will go to your PB account.

Locutus, I go to my album, find the picture I want, and click on it.
That brings up a page with 4 links, the last of which is the IMG link.
Right click on that, it will flash * copied * and you can paste that into your post.
