HELP... How would you deal with this?

Any decent dealer would exchange it for you and pay shipping.
I would steer clear of any queen product made before 2013.
And for even less $ you may want to check out GEC's abalone Esquire.
Guaranteed better F&F, steel quality, and quality control.

Can't agree in this case at all. This particular Queen knife is not ordered by the dozens and special handles or limited runs should be checked before going out. As for the car analogy.....................:rolleyes:
