HELP! I got a PID and don't know how to program it

The title says it all, I got a PID controller (TET 612) from ColdfusionX on Ebay and an SSR and the darn thing came with no instructions or documentation how to program it. I am trying to use it to control a kiln, and I can't make heads or tails of how to program it
