Help! I"ve been robbed!

Braundc, I would be very leery of the suggestions in a number of the above posts that you take "street" or vigilante justice. That sort of action has a tendency to result in more legal problems for you than you really want.

I have a Cold Steel Recon that is really broken in. I just need to give it a good flick of the wrist and POP the blade is locked open. I don't need to use the thumb stud. Is that centrifugal force?

...If it's illeagal to posess, it's illegal to have accesible to the individual anywhere and to include your own home... In WA, as you saw in the RCW statute cited above - the operant term is "posess"... If your knife falls into the categories cited, it doesn't matter where the knife is, it is illegal to have it anywhere in the state of Washington. Now, it would be up to the attorney and the Court to argue the definition of "posess" and whether it can be argued that "private property" lends itself to the exception....QUOTE]

Insert the word 'drug' for 'knife'. Illegal is illegal.
Though I agree that there would be a warrant necessary for the return visit.
Like steelswing, I am glad to be a Texan.
