Help ID Balisong

I have a Balisong from Pacific Cutlery Company 1985 Japan. It has a tanto style blade and looks very simular to the Bench made 42 Weekhawk. What is this knife worth? and any history?

You would have better luck trying the balisong section of the forums.
I belive I saw something that your describing going for around 300 dollars....but don't quote me.
