Help ID this tactical folder

So I'm looking around for accessories for my new AK, and I come across this:

Does anyone recognize the knife in the lower part of the photo? I think it resembles some of the Fox designs, but I can't figure it out. I do like the spear-point. Is it something decent, or just truck-stop junk?

Sure enough, that's it. Not a current design, so I didn't see it on the CRKT website.
