Help Identify Maker: Evans

I purchased this knife 5-8 years ago at a local show (SLC, Utah) I don't remember anything about the maker. I do remember it was a combined effort, someone made the knife Blade Stamped "Evans" and another artist did the Art work on the handle... I found a few Makers named Evans: Bruce Evans, Vince Evans, Carlton Evans, or Dave Evans (I am pretty sure it is not a Dave Evans knife).

I am considering selling this knife but would like a little more information before I make that decision....Any help would be appreciated, if more photos are needed please let me know!

you should post this in bernard levine's knife identification forum, perhaps a mod will move this thread for you. the guys that lurk around there will be of more help and specialize in this sort of thing.
