Help Identify Modern Russell Barlow

Some of you probably know that I'm kind of a Russell Barlow nut Thus far I've steered clear of the reproductions, but this one came along. It was just cute as heck and carried a really attractive price tag:

Thing is, I have no idea what I bought. It has good smooth bone scales, brass liners, and the workmanship is good. The arrowhead on the bolster forms a closed triangle. The tang stamp shows no country of manufacture, which kind of has me stumped. My guess is Boker from the 80s, mostly from the scale pin placement... but I'd think it'd be stamped USA or some German origin. I haven't tested the blade, but it looks like stainless.

Any ideas what the heck I have?

It is for sure not an Original Russell Barlow . Look at the Pin Locations , Russell on the Tang should be a Straight Line and not curved , Shape of the ARROW TIP , and the R should Not have a _ under the Right hand Leg.

There were some pretty Good Commemorative Russells made by other companies though .

Regular sized Russells going down : Schrade , Colonial , Boker ?? , Russell , and Russel
Grandaddys : Left is a Colonial and on the Right is a Russell
Russell did change their Straight Line Tang Stamp to a curve after about 1934 and then you have to pay attention to where Arrow Fletch is loctated . It has been a while but I think yours is located correct to a 1935 and after model ???? But I Do Not have one to show you . There probably is more info out there on AAPK . I did study up on it in 2014 but my memory is not what it used to be . But I did remember that there were a Lot of Fake Russells made .
If I had seen your Russell for a reasonable price , I would have bought it . I hope your's spurs you into looking into it More and getting some more Russells . I hope you are able to find another one like this one with a Double Stamp .

I appreciate the input. But to get things back on track... The question is: What is it? As I mentioned in the OP I know it's a reproduction, if nothing else it's nowhere near old enough to be the genuine article. And the old Russells certainly didn't have stainless blades.

Okay, here's what I think I've learned: It's likely a Ruko from the 80s or 90s. Ruko made inexpensive but serviceable traditional knives during this period, and it probably had 'Germany' stamped on the tang in ink at one time - now long gone. It probably sold for around $25. There were several generations of unauthorized reproduction Russells, this was one of them.
