Help identify this axe head

Took her out for a spin today.Our favorite mountainbiking trail had two trees down from the recent weather that needed removing. I really love the long haft. The penetration I got with each swing was relly good. This is my first axe with a palm swell and I got to say it really works. Branches up to 6 inches in diameter were cut without any issues. The best "little" axe I ever had. I worked with it for an hour and hard. The head is solid on the haft.

Steve found this mark on my site but without a name. With the help of a friend and tool collector I identified the bearded man as the trademark of the German firm Ewald Moebus in Cronenberg. The company was in business from 1880 until about 1960:
