help identify this fixed blade

Esee military model 5 (?) Or 3, I can't tell from here

I'd say it's an ESEE-5. I have a PS ESEE-3 and both the blade length and the grind are different. The 3 is flat ground while the pic above looks to be sabre ground under the coating.
 
Definitely a partially serrated esee 5.

In fact, if you zoom in, you can read the engraving on the ricasso right above the handle. Other traits that make it stand out is the low saber grind, crusher pommel, and thick blade stock.

And the bowdrill notch in the handle between the back and middle screws. I have only seen that on the 5
