Help identifying a blade. Solingen ROR

Hi everyone, recently I found a blade (in really rough shape) and I want to use it for a smallest edc fixed blade. My concern is if it is worth to use it. The only inscription that the blade has is te ror logo and rostfrei solingen. Anyone knows about this manufacterer? Steel? anything will be awsome.

Solingen is a town in Germany which is known here as a hotspot for german knife makers - for centuries I might add. rostfrei simply means rust-free btw. Being a knife noob though, I can't provide any further information.
