HELP! Identifying a Two bladed slipjoint folder.

This was my Grandfather's knife, he's had it as long as I can remember, but I don't know who the maker is, can anyone help me to identify it? The handle feels like Delrin and the bolsters appear to be steel.
All I know is the large blade says, just like this on the side...

I could be wrong, but I believe Colonial made these under their name.
