Help identifying folder

Hey all...

I'm usually pretty up to date with the various "tactical" folders out there, but twice now I have seen guys carrying a knife that I can't identify and its become a personal challenge to figure it out :)

In each case, I wasn't able to ask the person I saw what they were carrying. Each case was a guy wearing 5.11's.

All I could see is that its very deep carry, and the pocket clip is pretty thin (width-wise), has a slight curve to it, and is perforated, with approximately 8 or so small symmetrical holes in it along the length of the clip. Based on the guys carrying, I'm guessing this is a mass-marketed folder, maybe marketed with 5.11's - but I'll be damned if I can find it. If I had to guess on brand, I'd guess CRKT based on the build (or lack of it), but I haven't seen any CRKT's that match this.

I've done a good deal of google-image-fu without any luck. At this point its just my own stubbornness that won't let it go. Can any BFer's help me put this to rest? :)

I would guess something mass produced and cheap. It would seem to me that many holes would compromise the integrity of the clip, especially if its that thin. Other than that, I have no clue.

A quick Google search didn't yield many prospects. The only knives I saw that were even worth mentioning were Extrema Ratios and SOG. They had some clips that sort of fit the bill.

This one is close:

But the one I saw had a clip that had more rectangular edges to it and was a bit narrower.

This *may* be a multitool, too. Hmm.

I know my kershaw volt 2 has a curved clip with holes along the clip but it's not deep carry

CRKT Ripple?

I'm not sure about the clip, but the scales are riddled with holes.
