Help Identifying My New Knife

Hey guys and gals :-)
I am new to spyderco knives, but when I found this one in my local knife shop I couldn't resist. Nothing like buying an American flag pocket knife in Japan. Anyway, I quite like it, but I have no idea what it is. Any thoughts?
The blade is AUS-6 stainless. All other information is in Japanese, so I'm clueless.

That is called the Pride model, in this case American Pride. It was made with a number of other countries' flags as well. The idea was for a small, non-locking, legal almost everywhere knife that could be sold in airport gift shops for keepsakes. Model number is C72P.
