Complaint Help - IP address banned

I'm guessing this was an error, because my account isn't banned - but when attempting to access from home, I'm getting a message that my IP address is banned (no explanation)
The only thing I can think of is that my IP address got grabbed by mistake because I reported a spam thread during the night.

Was it banned by cloudflare or by the the forums?

I'll be home within 10 minutes and post an image; but I dont remember seeing anything about Cloudfare. The notice was on the opening page of the site; and I was unable to navigate.
