Help is this normal

Yeah, I'd sent it in. Make sure to be very clear about the problem when you send it in though. I've used their warranty a few times, and It doesn't leave much to be desired. Very good CS. They would probably just put in a slightly thicker stop pin.
 
Alright Ill have to do that seems to be my only and best option thanks everyone. Also what if I didn't get it fixed would it really effect anything?
 
Looks like the stop pin is loose.

Also, yes its very wrong: You're gonna die!!!
 
I just recently got a mini grip that has major blade play and it looks like I'm also going to have to send it in. If the pivot is tighten almost all the way there is very slight blade play but if you have it to where it flips with the axis it feels as if the blades going to fall off.
