Help - Kershaw Blur Question

Received my brand new replacement Blur in the mail today. My original knife was born in May 07 date while the new one was born in Mar 08.

Sent it in last week and it arrived at Kershaw on Wed. Thanks so much to Kershaw CS for the new knife. The blade is centered and doesn't rub against the frame. I'll post pics shortly.

Great to hear CS treating you right. Of course we're used to that around here. And thanks for bringing the treat back to english. I thought I was way more drunk than I really am, trying to read half of this thread.
 
Their customer service is awesome! Please post pictures, nothing like waking up to Blur pics.

The centering on the new Blur is nearly perfect. The blade tightness is just right, no vertical or horizontal blade play when open. Very nice. I guess it is better getting a knife coming straight from the factory rather than one that's been sitting in a display case for almost a year.

They even moved the pocket clip for me and put it on the way I'd had it on the original knife.
