I'm a little confused as to the generation 2 your mentioning. I never heard any mention of a redesigned axe hammer. Mine is a 2014 release if that helps.

Ok thank you for the explanation. Well I ordered mine at blade 2014, so it was in the first batch. If O2W didn't come I'd have ordered my second by now. But soooooooo many knives lol
