I know you said quality. Opinel makes a hawksbill with a gentle curve and a pruner with an extreme hook. I've used them both. The pruner especially is an amazing cutter, like a billhook. Hook it over a branch and pull, it cuts quickly and cleanly. But like the other Opinels, its looks are prosaic.

You might want to specify if you want kerambits included in the category.

Offhand, I can only think of a John Greco fixed hawksbill, but like the Mike Franklin and Hideaway knives, it isn't really "factory".

The funny thing is, hawksbills derived from scythes and sickles, agricultural knives, long before folders were developed. We just don't use them much anymore.

You can find martial arts applications, like the kama, and similar small fixed blades for gardening, but that's about it, I bet.

OK. I went back and made it to include customs too. (This should get interesting now!)

Actually, I'd really be interested in picking up a couple custom hawks - fixed and folders. Tom Krein made something, but I don't know what he called it. I've been trying to talk Eddie Baca into turning one of his excellent Warncliffe designs into a hawk. I'll probably have to place another order after I get my current one for him to do it. :D

Victorinox makes several different pruning knives with a hawkbillish blade.

I'm not sure if the Kershaw/Onion Bump or SpyKer qualify, but they have quite a bit of an inside recurve.

I've also seen Tom Mayo TNT hawkbills.

I know you said no Karambits, but I think this is the piece you were thinking about. I designed it so it could be held with the finger in or out of the ring. Let me know what you think...

I remember that knife. In fact we're talked about it. I've even tried to buy/trade it from one of it's various owners on a few occasions. :D

It seems like more of a hawk than a kerambit because of the shallow curve. Like a hawk with a hole. ;)
I won't count it on the list, but I'll count it in my head. :)
