Help making a sheath

Read this and understand what I am saying! If it is true that "any idiot" can make a kydex sheath then I submit there must be multiple levels of "idiot". Go ahead and make your first Kydex sheath and then buy a David Brown Kydex sheath. Compare the two and see what level idiot you may be.;)

There are multiple levels of idiot. I'm one of the lower ones, which is why thinking kydex might be a better fit for me, in addition to my multiple forays with leather have never ended with anything aside from wasted leather.
 
Syco, if I may? Buy your tools and supplies from Springfield Leather and they'll send you some free samples of kydex. I didn't have a knife small enough for the sample pieces and bought some sheets but I think they may work for your little knife.

Thanks for that. Do you or anyone else have any tips for working with kydex?
