Help me buy a new spyderco!

Sage 1 of you prefer smooth liner-locks, Caly 3 if you prefer back-locks, Manix 2 if you prefer a somewhat bigger hard utility knife.

Caly 3 ZDP-189 Carbon Fiber. One of the nicest made, sharpest and now, best value of a knife on the market. You just can't go wrong.

hey guys... i went out today and looked at a whole lot of spydercos and ended up with an Al Mar... thanks for your help!

Save $20 and get the para military, or if you really want to spend all $100, I'd get a foliage green g-10 edura.

Right now you can get a Caly3 with zdp189 and carbon fiber for that much. Incredible slicer, top notch materials, good ergos, good size for EDC,discreet carry with the wire pocket clip and more than tough enough for most uses. If you're looking for a extreme hard user go with the manix2 but it will be heavier and possibly to large for some people's EDC.

I got mine for $105 and it's worth every penny. Just to be different though I'll say for around $65 you could get the Meerkat. You have to try it to understand. ;)

Sage 1 can be had for $99 shipped to your door.
Native 4 CF is on my list and also $99 shipped.

+1 Sage 1. If you have the E4 and want to try something different the Sage 1 would be a great option and at that price who knows how long they will be available.

Check out the Spyderco Native 4 with Carbon Fiber! Just ordered mine for 90 bux shipped! Paid 35 of mine own cash...had amazon gift certs...Can't wait for it to get here....

Got a Native 4 carbon fiber for Christmas - this is one of the nicer Spydies I've seen. Top notch fit and finish and the blade has a full flat grind. (never cared for the weird grind on the original native) $90 bucks is an outstanding buy for a knife of this quality.

I'd have to vote for the CF Native as well. Can't go wrong with just about any Spydie, but I absolutely love the ergos of the Native, and it carries very well in the pocket for how comfy it fits in the hand. At least my s30v native, does

The CF Native is a beautiful, overbuilt, classy looking knife that feels like it could take a beating. Fit and finish are ridiculously good for it's price range.

The Caly 3 is a slimmer, gent's knife that is no less strong. The ergonomics are fantastic, and the handle is slightly pistol-grip shaped. I like the thumb ramp a lot myself, but YMMV. I also prefer the G-10 scales over the CF, but I'm not in the majority. It's also one of my all-time favorite EDC's, and feels great in-hand.
