Help me choose a knife for my wife

A Benchmade Crooked River gets very close, though, at ~200

This. And if she doesn't have large paws, then the mini version could be the ticket.

I was carrying mine yesterday (full size) and I like it a lot. Feels great in the hand and cuts like a demon.

I'll get something that I would also appreciate in the long run. The folder should be easy to clean (open handles), slim line, pointy, and pleasant to look at and not intimidating. Might I suggest a CRK large or small 21 depending on her taste and with or without inlays or even with the graphics version. As these also comes with leather sheath, it will also be handbag friendly.

The Spyderco Kapara is a nice, slim large knife and it is pretty. That red spacer really sets it off.

The red G10 Delica with DLC coating is nice looking, too. From St. Nick's Knives.

Sorry but, it seems fishy to me, especially at a ~150$ budget range.

Fishy? I'm not sure what I did wrong here. I showed my wife a pretty knife trying to get an idea of what design she wanted...you caught (fishy) me red handed.

If my wife suddenly wanted a one-off custom folder such as that one (currently available on the exchange, I'll note)...I think I would feel obligated to get it for her. No way could she ever complain about one of my knife purchases after that. It's a license to buy for the rest of eternity. A small price to pay.

Problem is... I would lose my mind when (not if) she forgets to take it out of her purse at the airport and TSA confiscates it.

Sorry, fishy might have been a bit harsh. I blame cold medicine and headache.
If you showed it to her it's one thing, it kinda sounded like she picked out a custom 7,5k knife on her own, which would be akin to somebody who isn't into cars to pick out say a Zenvo or a Rimac when asked what car they like.
No offense meant.

Great suggestions guys .Thank y'all so much for your help. We went black fridaying and this one followed us home. It is the Cabela's exclusive Osborne 940.

It's beautiful. And I took the other fellows advice and let her get what she wanted...I've already started shopping for my next blade! For future reference, what sold her on this one (besides beauty) was the fact that she didn't have to put her finger in line with the blade to unlock it. She really liked the axis lock.
