Help me choose my 110's steel!!

Hi i would go with the s30v version cause it holds a better edge but can be hard to sharpen
 
Ok, so I picked the AG with S30V steel from Cabelas cause I just put in a huge order there for some other stuff so I saved on shipping!!! Here's hoping it is a great folder for dressing Med/Small game and general camp chores. I will keep it in great shape for years to come and hopefully pass it on someday. What is the best way to sharpen these knives?? Thanks

Well, I just use Arkansas bench stones to touch up the edge of S30V. It is much easier to do relatively frequent touch-ups than to have to re-profile a really dull blade. Another popular sharpening system is the Spyderco Sharpmaker.

You are going to find that the AG110 is one of the best purchases you have ever made. :thumbup:
