Help me choose my next EDC Spydie..

+1
I would love to see a new dyad, as slim as possible. I would buy a micro dyad on ebay, but I would prefer it a bit larger and with a clip. For me this would be a perfect EDC.

Burns we need a new full sized Dyad model with either VG-10 or one of the newer steels. I know what you mean by requesting a Dyad model that would be somewhat slimmer than the original C-44 model but I'm personally willing to have it any way they need to design it. Because a double-bladed Spyder ( SE & PE) is truly a blade that can get just about any cutting job done. I'm just about ready to start carrying mine again. But I'm holding out hope that we can get a new full sized Dyad with VG-10 or better. The original Dyad with ATS-55 is truly a great blade anyway but why not improve it while you're at it??

That fully serrated Sheepsfoot blade with a slight degree of belly that the original C-44 Dyad had was just about a perfect Spyderedged blade. The clip point plain edged blade on the original C-44 was one of the most functional and handy blades I've ever used. It would truly make my year if the Great Spyder Factory would do a Sprint run if nothing else. I just know that most people would flip out if they knew just how functional and handy the C-44 Dyad is.

It's not on your list, but similar, how about a Sage?
I've got a Sage 1, S30V w/carbon fiber, low ride
wire clip (reversible). I like it better than the Caly.

If budget is an issue, the Endura is at the low end of that list price-wise, followed closely by the VG-10 Stretch. The others are clumped together at quite a bit of a higher price point.

Endura 4 ffg. Why? It's the least expensive of the 5 and has the biggest blade. It comes in what ever color you want

Over kill, Sorry but that's an opinion. The sage is a great knife but it is not the best. What if you don't have 100$ to spend on an edc blade. Their ARE better options just sayin
