I say get the 350. Unless you find the 560 to big or thin, the 550 is to similar. Change it up.

i suggest you handle your choices first if you can. get a feel for the grip and make sure the ergos suit you. that said, i made the mistake of buying a couple of pricey 350s only to find that my fingers felt too cramped. the point towards the butt comes to about half the width of my little finger and feels tight if i try to squeeze all my fingers to fit the length of the handle. coming from spydercos and benchmades, the grip will feel very different. i would pick the 550.

I'm surprised nobody suggested the RAM. It's a great knife and is just going to get harder and harder to find.

With the right technique and some break in, the 0550 is one of the smoothest openers I have. It is definitely my favorite ZT to date.
I can open mine by pushing up on the flat with my thumb and following thru until open. And good choice to start iceman. You will love it!!
