I believe Para 2 will be sharper off the box because Spyderco's grind and sharpening has awesome reputation. My ZT0350 didnt come off the box extremely sharp but after some sharpening and stropping, it is razor sharp. No problem with slicing at all. Hehe!

I have a Para and a 350. I have a hard time trying to decide which to carry, so I carry both. Seriously.
My ZT350 is my tough work knife, and it does it very well.
Its kinda like my work knife.
I use my Spyderco for slicing and splinter picking.

It just occured to me that i have no idea how to sharpen a blade with the shape the 0350 has.
i have both and I much prefer the pm2.
-I prefer the compression lock to the liner
-It feels smaller and lighter in the pocket
-I'm not a big fan of sharpening recurve blades
-zt was dull and off-centered out of the box
-pm2 was perfect out of the box
-pm2 just cuts better
