Help me find a hunting knife with large handles and a thinner blade

I really like my Case 365-5 in SS and polished almost to a mirror finish. Almost razor-sharp straight out of the box, and it has held an edge remarkably well after cutting up probably a half-dozen deer, and the stacked leather handle gives good grip even when bloody and greasy. Blade is .105" thick near handle. Mine came with a halfway-decent leather sheath.

Busse has some on their website that are .090”. Blade lengths 3.75”+. Not sure how suitable they are for big hands. All of the drop point models look great for a hunting knife.

Update; received my new Helle jegermester in the mail today. Wow! Beautiful wood, nice thick handle that fits my hand perfectly. And that thin blade is super slicey sharp! Very good fit and finish. I’m impressed. If you haven’t had the chance, take a look at Helle knives, they really are impressive!

When you asked for thin hunting knifes I instantly thought about my BRKT Bird&Trout.
Maybe other knifes in that Bird and Trout category fit your needs, too?
