help me find a knife that meets the following criterion

Spyderco Endura FFG. Spyderco Stretch ZDP189 is a good thin slicer. If you can find one, the Syderco Chokwe is a super thin 3.5" full flat grind, kind of wharncliff style blade in S30V. Mine is an awesom slicer.

Also the large Sebenza 21.
 
Get a Manix 2 XL. The blade is thinner than that of a PM2, though not by a lot, but it's also a very broad blade, which enables a much higher grind and thus better cutting geometry. Buy one and send it off to Big Chris for a regrind to really thin out the edge and you'll end up with a slicing machine.
