help me find gift please

I have 2 guys doing some work on my house, they are both avid deer hunters so I thought as a gift when the work is done I would give them both a knife. I don't hunt and know nothing about skinners or hunting knives so I need some help please. Would like a knife and sheath and willing to spend about $125 or so for each guy. Production or custom does not matter, please let me know if you have any ideas.
