We'd all like to help you and that's why it'd help if we had a little more information about it. Do you remember how much you paid for it? Do you remember about how big it was? How it locked?
Ultimately, it's not a complete loss if we can't identify the exact model. Kershaw has a variety of other knives which would probably fill the void that this other one left.

I paid about $75 for it also it was a liner lock
