How To Help me help myself

Is there anything wrong with making a tumblr, saving your photos to that and then copy/ pasting the image address into your upload thing on the post write up? plus tumblr is a nice little place to have your photos saved up because you can access when your not on your phone/ pc. I hear you can save up your photos on Blade with a gold membership. Thinking about going gold soon cause this place rocks. To OP though, man don't be abrasive from the "git go" with these dudes. They might seem a little sarcastic or abrasive or whatever themselves at first, but I swear there's a good group of regulars on here that are knowledgeable and actually quite nice once you get with the vibe and go with the flow. I threw a little hissy myself on one of my first posts when it went off topic and the guys seemed all sarcastic. But that's the deal! When you come here you're talking with "The guys" so to speak...They're not gonna be all acting like your best friend from the start or anything cause these are real men/ women and real people; expect smart A** comments and jokes but expect knowledge and camaraderie in time as well. Promise ya! This group on here are respectable guys that love respectable knives!

Lets keep in mind that as huge as this place is, its run by one guy. Maybe he hires help when needed, but we are but a small corner of the internets and hosting costs the dollars. As photobucket found out to its demise. Keep in mind that google looked at what it would take to host photos on forums and walked away from it. Even when they had paid members and could have charged more, they opted to not. Its not simple or cheap, even if the internet is free. Funny how that works.
