Help me Identify?

I found this about 2(?) years ago in a parking lot. It is a hair over 6 3/4 inches in length when open. Closed, its shy of 4 inches even.

The very first small tine of the SpyderEdge is broken, but I don't think there's anything I can do about that. I broke it preventing two boats from colliding, and I'd much rather have no holes in my sailboat than pay for a new knife.

What model is this, and can I get an identical new one?

Looks like an older Delica. The new stainless steel models have 3 small holes(at the base of the handle) which are used for changing the position of the clip, if you so choose). Steel should be the same....AUS 6. These are still available. Hope this helps.
