Help me out

One of the happiest decisions anyone can make.
Congratulations to you and the mother.

I like Bridger. We were going to use Braxton for a Boy, but three girls.:)

Thanks for all the input. You guys have had some good ones.

The list is narrowing after talking to my wife tonight.

Hank, Brad, and Kyle we keep coming back to. For some reason I also keep coming back to Cutler.

So from this list what would you choose.

Hank, Brad, Kyle, Cutler

It's funny choosing names how you tend to link names with certain people. I like Bridger but my wife just doesn't because of someone else she knew. Jim Bridger actually has ties to my family. My great grandfather and his wife were led into Montana by Jim Bridger. They were told they couldn't make it into Montana before the first snow hit. Many turned back but Bridger told them they could make it but some would likely die. Turns they made it. My great grandfather settled in central Montana and where he built a store and was the first to haul logs with horses in that part of Montana.

Thanks for all the input. It's kind of fun to think about.

Hopefully I get to call my kid the name I have always liked

Gryphon. Not griffen though.

Great times, congratulations! How about Mark Cutler or Cutler Mark??

Best to your family, Josh.

All my best to you and your family during this magical time!

My wife and I were going with Shamus for a boy... okay. I'm lying, my wife wouldn't agree to Shamus but that would've been his name. We had a daughter so it was a nonissue.

Shamus! or Hamon!

Josh,I'd lean toward Hank or Brad. Kyle always reminds me of trouble, go figure. Cutler would be a good middle name. Best to you and Jodi. kevin fox,Tucson

It's funny because my middle name is James. I had actually considered Cutler James Smith but I don't think we'll go with that.

Here's the list we're thinking about. Do any stand out to you?
Brad
Matt
Kyle
Mark (my Dad's first name?
Levi
Hank
Bridger
Wyatt

Josh, Go with Mark, your dad's name. I say this because one of my grandsons was named after me and I can't begin to tell you how proud I am of that. To know one of my sons thought enough of me to name one of their sons after me. It is a good name and will make you dad very proud. Congrats on the new baby!

Congratulations Josh!

I have a single syllable last name, too, and people often try to combine my first and last name into one first name.

example,
"Hello, my name is Black Smith."
"Nice to meet you Blacksmith. My name is Paul."

My son's name is Philip.

Best regards,
Kim Salls
