) that's the part that pushes back against my hand when I bear down. For me at least, the slipjoint spine lines up in the 'hollow' of my grip, in between the heel of my palm and the meat of my thumb. I have to do something weird with my grip to make that part of the knife push hard enough against my hand to notice. Should I just mail it to you so you can play with it?
