Help me pick a sword!

I'm hopelessly torn between the Everest katana and the "New Model" Himalayan sword. Since I lack experience with HI swords I'd really appreciate some guidance and info from the veterans here.

What are the dimensions on both swords? How do they compare in handling? Which one would you pick,and why?

I can offer no guidance and am no veteran but I can say that my pick would have been the Katana. Before the picture of that one was posted though my pick would have been the New model.

so... I guess I leave you right where you started!

You really can't go wrong, but I'd say the New Model... If you haven't seen the review Steve posted about it here a while back, you might want to read it before you decide...
