Help me pick an Endura

I have a bunch. Out of those that you have listed, I would snap up the Hap40. The burnt orange is a great color - it's not garish. The Hap40 takes a really fine edge and holds it for a long time. I would look at Super Blue as well as ZDP189. I am not a fan of VG10 - I do not like having to sharpen every other day. I wish Sal could ship some 52100 overseas.

I've actually been very impressed at how long this simple VG-10 Endura has been holding its edge. It has become one of my favorite knives to use, and I use it quite frequently.

I wish the seki factories would clad hap40 with vg-10. Seriously, those of us for whom vg-10 isn’t good enough are spoiled rotten.lol

My priorities took a back seat to a great deal tonight and I have a NIB Endura 4 in ZDP-189 on the way. If I like it as much as I liked the one I had 20 years ago, I’m sure there will be more to come. Thanks for all the help.

Congrats....I've got one of those, and I carry it or my VG-10 model nearly every day. I can't say enough good things about the Endura design.
