Of those two, the Delica for me - but I personally think that 3" is the sweet spot for Spyderco folders (or EDC folders in general for my tastes).
I will say that I'm not a fan of FRN handles myself, so I'd look at something like the Sage1, Caly3, or Persistance/Tenacious.
I've been eyeballing the DragonFly lately, but I don't think its large enough for what I need in a folder.
You could always wait on the Native 5 (in G10), or the Chaparral.
