Help me post pictures

How do I post a picture? It says to list a URL of said photo and it doesn't seem to be working. It is a URL on my facebook page. What am I doing wrong?

What's the URL? Does it end in an image format extension? Your best bet is to use a host like Photobucket or upgrade and use BFC's attachment option.
